Marie Clémentine (1771-1801) was the daughter of the Holy Roman Emperor Léopold II. In 1797 she married her first cousin Francesco, Crown Prince of Naples and Sicily, later Francesco I, King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Their only child, Maria-Carolina, married Charles Ferdinand, Duc de Bérry.
