Maroquin prune janséniste, doublure de maroquin noir à double encadrement, dont un à la Du Seuil, gardes de soie moirée noire, tranches dorées sur marbrures (Smeers).Dos très légèrement passé. Édition originale de ces poésies dédiées à "Paris, capitale des peuples", et qui célèbrent l’année où la ville recouvre sa liberté à l’avènement de la Troisième République, en 1870. Un des 25 exemplaires de tête sur Chine (n° 17). Provenance : Georges Heilbrun (ex-libris). – Jean Lanssade (mai 1994, n° 136).
