Claw-set with a pear-shaped sapphire weighing 6.09 carats within an openwork mount highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 541/2, French import assay mark for 18 carat gold, gross weight 12.93 grams.

Accompanied by LFG report no.156613, dated 5 September 2001, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin with no indication of heat treatment. French import assay mark for 18 carat gold. Sapphire measuring 15.26 x 8.93 x 6.18 mm, medium-dark blue, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye and under 10x magnification (silk, fingerprints, color zoning). Diamonds bright and lively, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.40 - 1.60 carats, as gauged in the mount. Overall in very good condition, gross weight 12.93 grams.
