275,000 USD Design as an exotic flower, pavé-set with round rubies, pink sapphires and diamonds of near colorless and yellow hue, set at the center with a button-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 18.2 x 18.1 x 10.0 mm, encircled by round and pear-shaped diamonds, signed Moussaieff.

In excellent condition. Inscribed TI 750 for titanium and 18 karat gold. The natural pearl stated to weigh 23.76 carats is of ivory body color with rose and green overtones, with fair skin with some light scratches and wrinkling. The rubies and pink sapphires stated to weigh 36.07 carats, of various red to pink hues, loupe-clean to slightly included, a few moderately included with surface reaching inclusions. The round and pear-shaped diamonds encircling the pearl stated to weigh 7.09 carats; the 6 round diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS clarity; the 4 pear-shaped diamonds are of faint yellow hue, VS clarity. The diamonds of strong yellow hue stated to weigh 6.99 carats. The remaining diamonds of near colorless and yellow hue stated to weigh 22.22 carats. Overall dimensions approximately 4 x 4 inches.
