Condition

The canvas is not lined. There is some tape along the edges of the stretcher, slightly visible when framed. Examination under UV light reveals a dot of retouching in the sky (approx. 3 cm from the upper edge and 40 from the right edge) and another dot of retouching towards the lower right corner (8 from lower edge and 1 cm from right edge). There are some scattered fine lines of craquelure (only visible under close inspection) with associated lines of retouching visible under UV light. There are two minor paint losses to the upper and lower left corners. There are a few scattered superficial scratches. This work is in overall good condition..
