Executed on cream Kataster paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge and floating in its mount. The sheet is lightly time-stained. The left edge is unevenly cut and the upper edge is deckled. There is a flattened crease in the upper right corner, likely inherent to the paper. There is an area of skinning to the background in the centre of the right edge. There are remnants of former mount residue along the verso of the upper edge. This work is in overall very good condition.
