The canvas is not lined and inspection under UV light reveals no signs of retouching. There is evidence of shrinkage to the pigment in the areas of thick impasto. There are some fine lines of craquelure in the white pigment of the window sill to the upper right. There is nail head size loss to the pigment in the lower right corner. Overall this work is in very good condition.
