Executed on fine Japan paper and not laid down. The left and right edges of the sheet are deckled and the left edge is slightly creased. There are some minor nicks to all four edges. There is a small repaired tear measuring 1.5cm to the left of the lower edge. The background has evidence of foxing, most notably along the lower edge. The sheet is lightly time-stained and there is some further discolouration in places which may pertain to the artist's process. Overall this work is in fairly good condition.
