Condition
The canvas is lined. Examination under UV light appears to reveal no signs of retouching. There are fine and entirely stable lines of craquelure predominantly to the water and the sky, as well as to places in the sand in the foreground. There are a few fly spots to the sky, most notable in the upper left quadrant. There are very minor paint losses pertaining to some of the lines of craquelure in places. This work is in overall good condition and would benefit from a clean.
