The canvas is not lined and examination under UV light reveals no signs of retouching. There is a minor hole in the canvas at the extreme upper left corner. There is some paint shrinkage to the darker pigments in the flowers. There are two minor spots of paint loss to the lower part of the bouquet. There are paint losses along the lower edge, one paint loss to the upper part of the left edge as well as some minor spots of paint loss to the upper right corner, none of which are visible when framed. There is a small scratch to the background in the upper left quadrant. This work is in overall good condition.
