Condition
This work is in good condition. Executed on cream laid paper which has been laid down on card. The sheet is taped to a mat along the top edge on the verso. According to archival photographs, the sheet appears to have been cut from a larger composition and the watercolor in the woman's blouse and the infant's hat may have been added at a later date. Some minor spots of foxing throughout the sheet. The sheet is unevenly time stained as the result of a previous mounting but the colors are bright and well preserved. There is a small tear along the lower right edge.
