In good condition, mounting with moderate scratches and nicks commensurate with wear. Slight discoloration to texturing of the gold. Stamped Italy, 18K with initials AR, assay and workshop marks. Scratch mark 20556. The translucent cabochon rubies of purple red hue and medium dark tone, measuring approximately 21.4 x 14.8 mm to 19.4 x 15.6 mm, heavily included with surface reaching feathers, chips and cavities, moderate amount of surface abrasion. The round diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.60 carat, approximately G-H color, SI clarity with minor surface abrasions and one diamond with chip at the crown. Approximately 2 inches at widest point.
