The bouquet is already immensely honied and complex, with candied fruits and acacia. Stunning flavour - so rich and thickly luscious and yet so well balanced (the higher acidity than 1989 or 1988 contrasts with the fabulous residual sugar). A great Guiraud - like the famous 1900? The price is ludicrous, given the quality.
