The bouquet is utterly true to Talbot, with its St. Julien seduction immediately kicking in. There is exemplary Cabernet on gravel, plus the tempering, soft Merlot character. A great, full black fruit and leather taste, mouth-filling and rich, with the tannins even transformed into opulence. The structure is totally covered by glycerol and so liqueur-rich at the end - grandiose and a magnificent 1975. Ooh la la.
