Condition
On the printed catalogue, the image is slightly too blue on the left page (interior view) and too white on the right page. The gilt-bronze mounts were carefully cleaned up and possibly regilt in places. The porcelain also in good overall condition : very few chips to the porcelain flowers (one needs to be refixed properly), the end of the stick held by companion of Silenus is broken and missing, and very few exposed parts are restored such as the end of one ear of the donkey.Dial in good condition, minor chips to winding holes. Movement is complete but may benefit from a clean and fresh oil. With pendulum but no winder. Attractive clock in good restored condition, ready to display.
