Condition
Inscribed 'Promenade du midi à Menton' by an unknown hand (on the reverse). Watercolor on paper. The sheet is float mounted with edges visible. The sheet is unevenly trimmed with a jagged edge on top and has been taped to the mat in two places along the upper edge. There is an artist pinhole at upper right, with associated discoloration, and another pin hole along the upper left edge. The sheet presents well and the colors are vivid and fresh. Minor light stains and minor scattered handling creases. Minor scattered staining and some old glue accretions probably related to prior matting verso.
