Condition
This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of wear and handling to the edges especially where the canvas is stapled to the wooden armature, where scattered tears, losses to the canvas and pinpoint losses to the pigment are visible. There is a 1 inch area of cracking, with multiple associated areas of loss in the horizontal center of the composition 7 1/4 inches from the top edge. There is soiling visible across the entire composition as well as a few scattered holes in the canvas, most notably 1 inch above the bottom edge, and 3 inches from the right edge. There are scattered pinpoint brown spot accretions across the surface. Unframed.
