Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There is evidence of wear and handling to the edges, including a fine network of hairline craquelure running the span of the right and left extreme edge, and a pinpoint pigment loss the top right corner. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is a ¼ inch square area, 13 inches from the left and top sides, which fluoresces darkly and may have benefited from light retouching. Framed.
