This work is well stretched onto a new wooden stretcher. The paint layer is clean and isnot visibly varnished. Under ultraviolet light, one can see a few tiny dots of retouching in the sky in the upper right. In the light colored water in the lower right, there are two areas of retouching corresponding to small areas of abrasion or unevenness. The work should be hung as is.
