Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. A very fine band of light wear and minor soiling is present along the extreme upper edge of the canvas. Under raking light inspection, a very faint two-inch vertical surface scratch becomes apparent in the upper center quadrant, in the white background. A half-inch circular spot accretion becomes apparent in the lower right quadrant. Under ultraviolet light inspection, no evidence of inpainting becomes apparent.
