decorated with a harbor scene after Claude Lorrain's Morning in the Harbour (1637, Hermitage Museum), large gilded scrolls and rosace on the reverse against a red ground, marks: green underglaze – green cypher marks of Alexander III under the crown and the date 85; (one handle restuck)
