In-12 (187 x 112 mm). Bradel cartonnage bleu, tête dorée, couverture et dos (G. Schroeder).Quelques pâles rousseurs aux 6 premiers et aux 6 derniers feuillets. Dos très légèrement passé. Édition originale. Un des 30 exemplaires d'auteur (n° 762), d'un tirage à 790 exemplaires sur vélin pur fil Lafuma-Navarre. Envoi autographe signé à sa mère, sur le faux-titre à l'encre noire : " à ma chère mamanson amiJC 1923". Thomas l'imposteur est la première œuvre de Cocteau publiée par Gallimard.
