- 9.2 cm (3 5/8 in) high for the highest ; 2 cm (3/4 in) high for the smallest
in a recantgular gilt-wood frame decorated with palms and scrolls in the corners, comprising 2 miniatures of children, the largest, rectangular, representing Georgina Schickler, Countess of Choiseul-Praslin (1819-1849) by Pierre-Edouard Dagoty (1775-1871), the other oval, 9 oval miniatures portraits of men (including one of David Schickler) and 5 oval miniatures portraits of ladies
Condition
In overall good condition. 4 glasses to be cleaned. Most of them of very good quality especially the Dagoty portrait of a joung child, dated 1820. The velvet backgrounf=d to be changed, the gilt wood frame with gilding partly worn, mainly on the border.
