4 volumes in-8 (201 x 118 mm). Maroquin rouge à long grain, filets et roulette feuillagée dorés en encadrement, dos lisse orné d'urnes et fleurons alternés, gardes de soie bleue bordées d'une roulette feuillagée dorée, tranches dorées (Reliure de l'époque).Minimes taches sur les plats, coins très légèrement frottés. Superbe exemplaire cité par Cohen, dans une élégante reliure de l'époque en maroquin rouge dans le style de Bradel-Derome. Portrait par Dupréel et 8 figures par Fragonard fils, gravées par Dambrun, Duparc, Dupréel, Pauquet et Lingée. Exemplaire sur grand papier vélin avec les figures en double état : eau-forte pure et avant la lettre. Provenance : Henri Beraldi (ex-libris ; II, 1934, lot 104). -- R.
