Lots of roasted fruit. Soft, delicious and melts like silk in the mouth. Behind it, the rich background of Cheval Blanc. In 2010 from magnum, surprisingly young, with that lovely bouquet of sweet leather. Such an incredible mouthful. So luscious, plummy and raisiny. Pure bliss. Tasted from a cellar in 2011, it retains the prunes and violet creams nose and flavours, with strong density and a glorious, complex, spicy finish.
