It was winemaker Dominique Petit's third vintage and, for this great year, he had all his new cellar equipment! Orange blossom nose leads to such a fine, subtle, elegant taste. Full, but with so much finesse. Such 'sweet' nuttiness. Coats the mouth with 'douceur'. Silky textured, it lightly 'buzzes' on the tongue. This has a great future ahead of it, if you can resist it now.
