moulded and painted in underglaze cobalt blue, turquoise, ochre and mauve, outlines and details in black, depicting two courtly men and attendants, outdoor scene with entertainers in front and palace in the distance, food vessels throughout, border with foliate branches and birds, in wooden frame

Condition

The back of frame with two metal hooks at top for hanging, tile with two large vertical breaks and a smaller break near upper edge, with associated restoration including overpainting, some areas of craquelure to glaze, as viewed.
