‘The needy ‘Abd al-Husayn ibn …. Haji Ja’far Khan, the Chief architect’

The 'Abd al-Husayn referred to here was most probably the patron of this tile. There is one reference on Haji Ja’far, an architect who lived during the reign of Muzaffar al-Din Shah to the early Pahlavi dynasty (d.1934).
