Due to its monumental size, this work will not be exhibited at Sotheby's. “It was only when I disassociate myself from the architectural context and sought within my own sculpture this hidden architecture which can link the latter to a place or to an event occurring in space that I was able to instill genuine life into so-called monumental sculpture.”
