Condition

"The City of Philadelphia..." is slightly trimmed and laid down to wove paper, stabilizing numerous small tears, losses and creases, mostly at the sheet edges. A few small spots of inpainting and skillfull redrawing in the blue sky at left. Faint surface soiling throughout and a small cut in the support sheet at lower right, extending slightly into the laid sheet. "High Street..." with faint discoloration in the margins and the upper left corner has been skillfully reattached. "The Presidents House..." with a diagonal flattened fold through the upper third of the sheet, with associated repaired tears at right and left. A tiny loss and a few tiny tears in the lower sheet edge. A fox mark in the image, faint discoloration in the margins and uneven discoloration throughout the verso.
