Condition

Good condition overall. The laminated tabletop with scratches and scuffing throughout consistent with age and gentle use. The laminate with some very light crackling, some occasional circular water marks, and two small oxidation stains, the largest measuring 1/4 inch in diameter. The edges of the tabletop with scattered minor dents and abrasions consistent with age and use. One corner of the tabletop presents with a small dent with associated minor loss to the plywood and laminated surface measuring approximately ½ inch wide, not visually distracting. The enameled steel surface with minor surface scratches, scuffing, and occasional loss to the enamel throughout, consistent with age and use. The drawers have been sensitively and professionally replaced in 2002, in keeping with the original design. Each drawer stamped with the following: "Modele Charlotte Perriand/Brevete S.G.D.G./Charlotte Perriand ADAGP 2002/Tirage Limite Bresil 02". The drawers in excellent condition, with occasional light scratches and scuffing as well as occasional pen marks. This functional work is a fine example from one of Perriand's most important projects in Paris.
