Overall in very good condition. The far left side of the cabinet top is executed in wood and is hinged to the back of the cabinet, allowing it to lift open for storage of a record player. The wood surfaces present with scattered minor surface scratches and wear mostly concentrated on the tabletop, consistent with age and gentle use. The proper right side with a small chip on the upper edge measuring approximately ⅝ by ¾ inches, not visually distracting. The proper left side of the sideboard with three minor light surface abrasions, largest measuring approximately ½ inches wide. The glass top with scattered fine surface scratches consistent with age and use, and with some occasional small losses to the reverse-painted surface concentrated to the front corners and to the middle of the back edge. The leather presents with beautiful variegated tonalities and presents with some light wear, very minor occasional surface scratches and white house paint in the embossed areas, all very minor and not visually detracting. The brass tacks with some light wear and loss to the patina, consistent with age and not visually distracting.
