Edit16 lists 7 copies of Rava's poem, composed in the Vicentine dialect, about victory over the Turks, written in the wake of the Battle of Lepanto. As with other contemporary descriptions or commemorations, Rava invokes the Archangel Michael, the heavenly soldier, who was believed to have come to the aid of the Christian forces.

Rava was a priest from Vicenza who wrote this poem under the pseudonym Menon.
