This first issue of the work differs from the ?second (see lot 44), with more pages, and in having the date on the title page. The imprint is, unusually, at the top right of the title page. Compared with the copy in Kress, this copy has an additional 12 pages (p.37-48) at the end entitled "Le petit et le grand livret d'arithmetique ou de multiplication", though one less preliminary leaf.
