FIRST EDITION, 8vo (188 x 138mm.), woodcut device on title and colophon, woodcut diagrams and illustrations, colophon leaf at end, contemporary morocco, ruled in gilt, text somewhat spotted, damp-staining at beginning and end, repairs to title (slight loss to device), old repair to blank corner of m3 and 2P1v, paper flaw in 2F8 with loss of a few words (supplied in ink in an old hand), binding somewhat rubbed, a few repairs, new label, new endpapers
