拍品資料及來源

First edition of Camerarius’s translation of Durer’s Unterweisung der Messung (Nuremberg, 1525), a work marrying the art of perspective and drawing with the mathematical art of geometry. Camerarius, professor of Greek and Latin at the gymnasium in Nuremberg, and an intimate friend of Dürer, also translated Dürer’s posthumous treatise on human proportion (Nuremberg 1528) into Latin in 1532.
