  • caddies marked on bases and covers, the case marked on two feet with lion passant and maker's mark I.W in rectangle 
  • height of caddies 5 1/4 in.; length of case 13 in.
  • 13.3 cm; 33 cm
one larger, with gadroon borders, shell feet and bud finials, engraved with Continental arms in rococo cartouche on the fronts, monogrammed WSD on back, in fitted wood case with silver mounts

Condition

caddies with occasional minor surface ding, the two smaller with lined interiors that are peeling in some spots; the case with three feet slightly dented and with some splits at joins, the key hole mount with small loss to right tip, interior lining dirty and a bit worn; overall set in good condition
