SIGNED and INSCRIBED with their individual Apollo Saturn (AS) flight number: "RUSTY SCHWEICKART, AS-504 Apollo 9; RICHARD GORDON, AS 507 Apollo XII; FRED HAISE, AS 508 Apollo 13;” and “AL WORDEN, AS 510 Apollo 15." The 363 foot tall Saturn V rocket is illustrated with views of internal structures and has over 100 individual components and/or systems identified. Items listed are broken down relative to rocket stages and spacecraft with their respective manufactures which includes: SI-C Stage (Boeing), S-II Stage (North American Aviation), S-IVB Stage (Douglas), Instrument Unit (IBM), Spacecraft (North American Aviation). The massive F-1 and J-2 rocket engines with their fuel tank structures are clearly visible. A six foot man is shown next to an F-1 engine to vividly convey the size of this Moon Rocket.

The verso has three drawings of the Apollo Command Module with numerous exterior and interior systems identified plus three drawings of the astronaut’s space suit components. There is a smaller Saturn V drawing with length, diameter, and weight information.
