Original canvas. There are scattered areas of slightly raised craquelure with associated paint loss, most notably to the green and blue impasto of the blossom in the bouquet on the left, to the top of the left vase and below its base, as well as along the left edge of the right vase. Further minor cracks and flecks of paint loss are scattered throughout. There is a faint diagonal scratch above the signature, as well as further minor scratches elsewhere. There is a minor buckle to the background to left of the hut. Inspection under UV light reveals areas of retouching to the upper and lower left corners, as well as spots of retouching elsewhere, most notably in the background at the top of the right bouquet. Held in a painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
