Condition

Overall measurements: 196cm across the top, 188cm across the bottom, 220cm the left hand side, 220cm the right hand side. Pile overall generally good for age, approximately 2-3mm in depth. Some localised spot wear to foundation and some minor spot re-piling in the lower medallion. Upper border missing section as visible in photograph,lower border with end guard missing. Glorious colour including a light mauve, and range of shades of blue and green. Extremely pretty, great scale and proportions, a very early and lovely example.
