The design and colouring, including light pistachio field, is very unusual. Charming naive drawing, generally in good to fair condition with even closely sheared pile approximately 1mm in depth, with some knotbars visible scattered through field, visible only when looking 'up' the pile, photographs are available from the department. Wear to outer green surround to both edges. Sidecords partially rebound. Ends slightly reduced with teased warp fringes. An unusual overall design. Slightly stretchy weave.
