Of girandole design, each set with cushion-shaped diamonds supporting three pear-shaped diamond pendants, hook and clip fittings, surmounts detachable, fitted case signed Froment-Meurice.

Formerly in the collection of Marie-Thérèse de Savoie, Duchess of Parma (1803-1879). "7. Une paire de grandes boucles d'oreilles en diamants (forme girandoles), chacune de cinq gros diamants et de trois grosses gouttes, dans un écrin en cuir bleu foncé. Ces boucles d'oreilles proviennent de Marie Thérèse de Savoie, Duchesse de Parme, femme du Duc Charles II de Parme et léguées par elle à son petit-fils Robert I Duc de Parme".

Condition

Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 28.00 - 30.00 carats, on average I-J colour, SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches consistent with age and wear with some evidence of tarnish to the metal. Clasps secure. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 19 grams. Fitted case stamped FROMENT-MEURICE, 372 RUE ST HONORE.
