Condition
The canvas has not been lined. There is a circa 4cm hole in the canvas on top of the mountain. There is scattered craquelure throughout and traces of old discoloured varnish are visible. This painting would benefit from surface cleaning and restoration. Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals no visible sign of restoration. Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
