Overall, the condition of the relief is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are losses to the polychrmy throughout, and there is craquelure throughout which has led to flaking, in particular to the Saint's face and to the head of Christ on the cloth. There is minor evidence of past worming throughout and in particular around the top of the right hand side of the relief. There are some minor areas of loss to the Saint's face. There are two holes to the background of the relief on either side of the Saint's head.
