拍品資料及來源

Rochus van Veen was one of the most talented and original artists making natural history drawings and watercolors in Holland during the second half of the 17th Century.  As the artist's inscription indicates, he has here drawn two butterflies, each one from both the top and the bottom, the yellower colour being that of the underside.
