Condition

The sculpture appears sound. There are a number of light scratches to the surface of the work, many of which are probably in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There is some isolated minor pitting to the surface in places, with some casting residue in some of these pits. This excepting the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. The work has an integral bronze base, and sits atop a later wooden base. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
