the body decorated with bearded men masks and foliage scrolls surrounded with birds and dragons, floral frieze below, on matted ground, the spout shaped as bearded man head, the handle shaped as a stylised dolphin
Condition
In overall good condition, gilding slightly worn, commensurate with age. Caps probably missing. Venice mark under one foot, possibly later. Another mark, probably French control mark, of the mid-19th century on the lip. Very unusual and nice piece
