Pietro Ossani was active in Rome from 1837 until the 1870s. He was the son of the silversmith Francesco Ossani, who was aactive between 1800 and 1829 and had among other patrons, the Pallavicini Princes.
In overall good condition, a few splits mainly on the tiara's ribbons.
