Condition

The sculpture appears sound. The surface of the bronze is pitted and uneven in places, in keeping with the Artist's materials and working methods. There is some light rubbing to the bronze in raised areas, including to the top of the head, the spine and the shoulders. There are a couple of light scratches to the back of the sculpture. There are one of two flecks of oxidisation in places, only visible upon close inspection. There is some casting residue, surface matter and dirt to the sculpture, particularly to creviced areas. Subject to the above, the work appears in excellent overall condition. The work is freestanding.
