The work is in good condition., The canvas has been lined. The varnish is slightly yellowed in the sky. There is a minor loss to the canvas in the lower left corner. Under uv light, there are some minor strokes of inpainting around the perimeter of the canvas, likely due to a prior frame abrasion. There are some minor scattered strokes of inpainting in the sky. There is a one inch area of inpainting in the trees in front of the central building.
